Caribbean Rum Roast Chicken
The Caribbean spices combined with the rum make a rich, tropical inspired roast that will have your kitchen smelling delicious.
A 1,5kg whole chicken, spiced with a delicious blend of warm Caribbean Spices. Includes a sweet Rum and lemon sauce for basting.
Defrost and roast in pan provided. Bake at 175°C for one hour, pour half the glaze over the chicken and cook for a further 25 minutes. Pour the balance of the glaze over the chicken before serving.
